The 2017 ICT Cameras Program is here! Next May 19th, starting at 9:00 AM The call for applications will be published Financial aid from the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce to improve ICT (Information and Communication Technologies), regarding its popular InnoCámaras, ICT Chambers and Tourism programs, which offer financial aid funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of up to 80% on a maximum of 7,000 euros. The additional 20% is financed by the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce and the beneficiary companies.

For its part, as in previous years, the TIC Cámaras 2017 program aims to improve the competitiveness and productivity of businesses through the incorporation of new technologies: cloud productivity tools, e-commerce and digital marketing.

Regarding the amounts, in the first phase there will be a maximum cost of €1,200, which will be free for the beneficiary company, pre-financed by the Chamber of Commerce and financed in full by FEDER and the Badajoz Chamber.

The second phase has a maximum cost of €7,000, pre-financed entirely by the beneficiary company and co-financed by the ERDF, so there will be an amount of €5,600 of aid per company.

The deadline for submitting applications is November 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., or until the budget is exhausted.

Who are the beneficiaries of the 2017 ICT Cameras Program?

According to information from the Chamber of Commerce itself, you only need to meet the following conditions:

The beneficiaries will be SMEs and individuals registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers, within the jurisdiction of the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce, and registered in the IAE Census.

  • Being a company located within the area of the Badajoz Chamber of Commerce.
  • Being small or medium-sized enterprises, or self-employed, according to the European Union's definition of SMEs (according to the current EU definitions, currently in force Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC).
  • Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations.
  • Comply with the de minimis aid regulations as provided for in Regulation (EC) 1998/2006. Have the potential to improve their competitiveness through the incorporation of ICT and be willing to comply with the conditions established by the ICT Chambers Program.
  • Be registered in the IAE Census, section 1: business, industrial, commercial and service activities.
  • Not to be subject to any of the prohibitions referred to in Article 13 of Law 38/2003.

What documentation is required for the 2017 Chambers ICT Program?

Although The registration period is not yet open, The documents you will need to submit as a company are the following:

  • Certificate from the State Tax Administration Agency confirming compliance with obligations (referring to the Subsidies Law).
  • Social Security certificate confirming compliance with obligations (referring to the subsidy law).
  • Sworn statement of compliance with the conditions of participation.
  • For individuals, a photocopy of the applicant's ID card.

For the legal entity, a photocopy of the following is required:

  • ID of the signatory of the application with sufficient powers.
  • Company Tax Identification Card.
  • Powers of representation of the person signing the application.
