Beaucoup de ces publications sont fausses, et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est que de nombreuses personnes sont touch\u00e9es par cela.<\/p>\n<p>D&#039;une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on peut dire qu&#039;un Espagnol sur quatre a revendu un billet \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9, et un sur trois a achet\u00e9 un billet de revente, selon le \u00ab<em>Etude sur l\u2019utilisation et la perception de la revente de billets en Espagne.<\/em> Au total, 12 000 enqu\u00eates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, dont pr\u00e8s de 4 000 dans la Communaut\u00e9 de Madrid, comparant le prix de revente de 80 concerts, festivals ou spectacles avec le prix fix\u00e9 par les promoteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donn\u00e9es:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La prime de revente est d&#039;environ 147%.<\/li>\n<li>68% des personnes qui ont achet\u00e9 des billets contrefaits et n&#039;ont pas pu participer \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement affirment qu&#039;elles n&#039;ont pas pu r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer leur argent.<\/li>\n<li>Les gens ont pay\u00e9 plus de 400 \u20ac pour un billet de concert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, il est propos\u00e9 (de nombreux artistes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 protest\u00e9) que la revente en ligne soit l\u00e9gif\u00e9r\u00e9e, mais il y a beaucoup de d\u00e9bats autour de cette question, car serait-ce possible ? La vente d\u2019occasion en ligne peut-elle \u00eatre r\u00e9glement\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 de personnaliser les billets et de demander la pi\u00e8ce d&#039;identit\u00e9 de chaque personne pour prouver que le billet n&#039;est pas faux, mais tout cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re des d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires, car il faut plus de personnes pour contr\u00f4ler et en m\u00eame temps cela g\u00e9n\u00e8re des files d&#039;attente plus longues.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses entreprises sur Internet (comme Viagogo.com) qui proposent des billets d&#039;occasion, qui sont \u00e9galement contrefaits.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9change d&#039;une commission, ils permettent \u00e0 chacun de vendre ses billets au prix de son choix. Les sites Web eux-m\u00eames sont responsables de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 des billets et de les livrer \u00e0 leur destination. Le vendeur modifie le montant en fonction de la demande.
