Summary

The Regional Ministry of Economy, Science and Digital Agenda has launched a program to boost the competitiveness of companies in Extremadura. The grants range from €15,000 to €25,000 and will be used to improve technology, quality, and packaging. Take advantage of this opportunity and become part of Industry 4.0.

Who is it for?

For companies in Extremadura that have between 3 and more than 20 employees.

How much is the aid?

You can get €15,000 if you have at least 3 employees and up to €25,000 if you have more than 20 employees.

You will be granted an 80% on the investment of the project you submit.

What can I use it for?

The grant includes four fundamental lines of action.

  1. Optimization of production processes.
  2. Implementation and certification of quality standards and systems.
  3. Implementation of advanced technological tools.
  4. Packaging and container design.

What type of technological tools does it cover?

It covers the development, implementation and integration of advanced technological solutions such as:

  1. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  2. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  3. SCM (Supply Chain Management)
  4. MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
  5. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
  6. PDM (Product Data Management)
  7. PPS (Product Planning System)
  8. PDA (Production Data Acquisition)
  9. MDC (Machine Data Collection) or others of a similar nature.

When can I apply?

The sooner the better!

The grant has already been published, so you can apply for it now through the online portal. https://sede.gobex.es

What do I need to apply?

You need to submit certain documentation.

  1. Certificates of being up to date with tax obligations.
  2. Project Report.
  3. Proforma invoices.
  4. Certificate that accredits the IAE.

How much time do I have to run it?

The concession decision will be issued within a period of no more than 4 months, counted from the date of the application.

And you will have a maximum of 18 months for execution. Counted from the date of notification of the grant.

When will I be able to collect it?

You will be able to collect the 50% when the notification of the resolution granting the aid is issued.

You will receive the remaining 50% once the entire eligible investment has been justified.

Goals: Evaluation and definition of security policies, and implementation of recommended security measures.
